Sports rehabilitation and field training

The gap between "your physio says you're fine" and playing a full match with your team is often the hardest part. That's the gap we guide you through, right onto the pitch or court.

Patient training the arms with light weights, guided by a therapist.

Back to your sport, one step at a time

After an injury, being pain-free is not the same as being ready to compete. We build strength, speed, agility and confidence until what you can handle matches what your sport asks of you.

  • Strength work aimed at your sport
  • Sprinting, jumping and change-of-direction drills
  • Sport-specific field training
  • Clear criteria before you play a full match again

Who this is for

Sports rehabilitation isn't only for elite athletes. Anyone who wants to return to their sport with confidence is welcome.

  • After a knee, ankle or hamstring injury
  • After surgery, in consultation with your specialist
  • When injuries keep recurring during the season
  • When you're unsure whether you're ready to start again

From first exercise to full training

  1. 1

    Where you are now

We test strength, stability and load tolerance and compare that with what your sport demands.

  2. 2

    Building in the practice

Strength and control first, then speed and changes of direction.

  3. 3

    Field training

Drills that mirror your sport: accelerating, braking, turning, jumping and landing.

  4. 4

    Back with the team

We agree upfront what you need to meet before you take part fully again.

Frequently asked questions

Can I come here while being treated elsewhere?

Yes. Sports rehabilitation can follow on from treatment with another practitioner. With your permission we're happy to coordinate so the build-up lines up.

When can I play matches again?

We don't decide that by counting weeks, but by what you can handle. We agree criteria upfront and test them before you take the final step.

Where does the field training take place?

Wherever makes most sense for your sport. Get in touch and we'll discuss what is possible in your situation.

Ready for the last step back to your sport?

Book an appointment and we'll map out together what is still needed.
